Extensive lawned grounds with mature trees including London Planes, Oaks, Pines, American Redwoods and Linden Trees surround the Château which creates a private peaceful place to enjoy time with your family and friends. The gardens are large enough for a gentle stroll to escape the heat of the sun or to find a shady spot to spend time alone.

With one hundred meters of riverside frontage and a private jetty you have direct access to the majestic river Lot. This stretch of the river is very popular with all types of river activities including, paddle-boarding, rowing, kayaking, boaters and fishermen. The river is fenced and gated.

The 10 m x 6 m heated swimming pool and covered eating area with its long sociable dining table, large griddle, paella pan, fridge/freezer and dishwasher are perfect for those alfresco dining. The outside lighting around the terrace and pool provides the perfect ambiance when the sun goes down. During the day the area has both sun and shade with plenty of loungers and seating to relax and unwind. The swimming pool is fenced, gated and alarmed.

There are a number of pretty flower beds and in front of the Chateau sits a wonderful old stone pond with central fountain and an abundance of coy carp and goldfish.

At one side of the Chateau grounds we have football goal posts are set out with plenty of space for your ball games.
